Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a permit to set up an inflatable in a public park?

Some public parks require a special permit for inflatable rentals. This depends on your local park regulations, so we always recommend checking with your city or county parks department in advance. If a permit is required, the renter is responsible for obtaining it before the rental date. Additionally, if the park doesn’t have accessible electrical outlets, you may need to rent a generator. We’re happy to help guide you through the process!

Are your inflatables cleaned and sanitized?

Absolutely! We take sanitation seriously and ensure that all of our inflatables and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every use. We use kid-safe, non-toxic cleaning solutions to wipe down all surfaces, followed by a deep sanitization process to remove dirt, bacteria, and allergens. This guarantees that every rental is fresh, hygienic, and safe for you and your guests.

What type of surface is required for setup?

Inflatables can be set up on grass, pavement, driveways, turf, and even indoors on gym floors. However, grass is the safest and most recommended surface. If setting up on pavement or concrete, we use weighted sandbags instead of stakes to anchor the inflatable securely. Please let us know ahead of time what type of surface you’ll be using so we can bring the proper equipment for a safe setup.
